The $250 covers only the Fix we agree on. Larger review backlogs, multiple locations, suspensions and complex Google account issues are quoted separately. For name, address, category or service-area changes, I send you the exact changes to make yourself, since Google may ask someone at the business to re-verify.

If the Fix needs access, I send simple steps to add me as a Manager. I do the agreed work, email you a summary of what I changed, and then send a secure Stripe payment link.

You stay the owner. I become the person who keeps the profile current and handles the routine work. Care is optional: it isn't required after a Fix, and you can start Care without one.
Changes & monitoring
Email me what changed, and I update it. Every week I also check the profile's status, edits suggested by Google or anyone else, and your key details and links. Once a quarter, I ask you to confirm who has access.
Reviews
Every new review gets its own reply, in a tone you approve, not a template, within 1 business day. Anything serious comes to you first.
Photos & posts
Send me fresh photos, an update or an offer. I prepare and add what's useful — up to 5 photos and 2 posts a month.
Customer feedback
Your review link and review-request tools stay ready. Once a month you get a short summary: what customers praise, complain about or suggest, one thing worth improving, and the calls, website clicks and direction requests Google reports, where it shows them.
If you go quiet, I hit you up.
If I haven't heard from you in a while, I ask about fresh photos, changed hours or a new offer. You shouldn't have to manage me too.
No dashboard, no ticket system, no required meetings. Just email me.
Care covers new routine work from the day it starts. Existing backlogs are not automatically included.
Keeping the profile current does not guarantee rankings, calls or revenue.
Name, address or category changes can make Google ask you to re-verify, so for those I send you the exact changes to make yourself.

For more than five years, I've worked on high-stakes software, including MODOC — anti-doping software used at Olympic and FIFA-level events. I started by making sure complex systems worked reliably, then moved into making them easier to use and more professional.
I've also spent years building websites, applications, graphics and video. So I naturally look at both sides: does it work properly, and does it look professional?
That's how I work in general. Do it properly. Don't cut corners. Don't make something more complicated than it needs to be.
With Corsius, you deal directly with me. No account manager and no handoff to somebody else. I run the business through Durasius s. r. o., my registered Slovak company, and work remotely with businesses in the United States.
